| I have a Newcomb Studio loom for sale and was wondering if there is a market for it in the St. Louis area.
It is currently assembled and to my knowledge all parts are intact - along with the booklet of parts and assembly instructions. I can deliver it to the St. Louis (or south-central Illinois) area disassembled as it wouldn't fit in my van otherwise. (posted 10/22/09) |

| Loom For Sale, $400.00: Sievers 36”, 4 shaft, direct tie-up floor loom. The loom is circa 1994 and has been completely reconditioned by me for use in my studio. I have added a custom (cherry wood) over-castle storage bin and have upgraded all heddles to Tex-Solve heddles. The loom is in great working condition and has been weaving rugs for me for a couple of years, but has also been used for finer fabrics.
Includes: 6 dent reed (useful for 6, 8, 10, 12, 18 epi setts for anyone, up 24 for intermediate weavers), hand shuttle for 4" bobbins, all tex-solve heddles on all four shafts, beater weight attachment (useful for rug weaving), original Manual and setup instructions, 15+ yards single-sided corrugated roll - great for warp packing.

| I have an old floor loom that was my great-grandfather's He & my grandmother used it, mainly to weave rugs.
It is a 4-harness, 48" (or so), 6-treadle Cambridge loom, made by Reed Loom company of Springfield, OH. It was in good working condition up to a few years ago, when I dismantled it. Since then it has been stored on a shelf in my basement. It is available for pick-up only.It is currently located in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin (a suburb of Milwaukee). Thank you, |

| Kessenich Floor Loom
Nice oak floor loom by Kessenich. These looms sell for over $3200 new. The loom folds up for transport. Set up for floor use, it measures 42" wide, 42" deep, and about 41" to the top of the harnesses. The loom has 4 harnesses and 6 pedals. The loom also has a sectional back beam. I have some extra heddles for the loom. The harnesses could use some adjustments, as they are not moving as freely as is desirable. The loom can weave up to 30" across. I am asking $495 for the loom. |
